Plaintiff’s Employment Law

In her employment law practice, Ms Wallace has represented a large number of employees who have suffered discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in their workplaces. While the state of Georgia is a “right to work” state, meaning employees work “at will” and with few legal protections, there are federal statutes that protect employees from discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, gender, national origin, and disability.

Federal laws also protect employees from retaliation by their employees after they complain about discrimination or harassment.
